Multilink connection error with S32K148 MCU

  • I'm trying to debugging a S32K148 target board with SWD pins. The board was created following the hardware design guide from NXP. It only consists of essential cap, xtal and resistor for a simple MCU bring up purpose. I use S32 Design Studio for ARM for debugging. But it gives me a connection error. I scoped the signal lines and find that the Reset stays low, even thought I have a 10k pull-up on that line. I'm wondering if there's a special procedure for a micro that has never been programmed before.
