26 pin header to 30 pin Mictor adapter for programming Coldfire V2

  • Hi,
We need to perform code updates in the field for an old design using the MCF5272 which has an old school J3 StrataFlash attached.

Looks like the Multilink FX and CFPROG is the way to go but not sure how to connect the cableing to the target which uses a 30 pin Mictor type connector, SAMTEC TFM-115-32-S-D-LC.

The reason this connector was used is because that is how my Wind-River vision probe is terminated. It has an adapter made by EST (PCB-0015) that converts the 26 pin header on the probe to the 30 pin Mictor but can't find those anywhere.

I can make my own adapter but that's a pain.

Anyone know of a way to connect the Multilink to a 30 pin Mictor type connector?

    Thanks

  • Greetings,

Unfortunately we only have a 14-pin to 38-pin mictor adapter. Not a 30 pin mictor. Good luck on your search!
