In Circuit Programming of S9S12ZVL32F0MLC microntroller to be used for flashing in Mass production

    I got your reference form NXP Semiconductor Technical Support Team.
    We want to do in circuit programming of S9S12ZVL32F0MLC micro controller.
    Boards mounted with these MCU's will go for mass production.
    So kindly suggest us the methods , hardware and software tools to flash the binaries into the MCU.

    Note: This is for Mass production, hence the flasher h/w & its s/w utility should be only used for flashing the binaries to the MCU flash memory(no debugging).

    Thank you for the detailed request!

    What you are looking for is the Cyclone Universal. It has the ability to not only program your S12Z product but it can also provide power to the MCU so that you do not need an external power source for programming. The purchase of this hardware comes with all the software you need to get started in flash programming. There are no debugging software included. It also includes all of the ribbon cables and power brick and USB/Ethernet cables you need to get started. It is truly an all-in-one solution for you. There are no software licenses to worry about as well! We do have volume discounts for most of our hardware (and software if you ever needed it).

    Although we sell the multilink hardware which is cheaper than cyclones, you do have to purchase software licenses for each programming station and that can eat into your budget. We also sell the Cyclone Universal FX hardware, however, you will be spending more and you will not see any faster programming times via BDM connection which is what you will be using. Therefore the Cyclone Universal is the perfect solution for you!
