Error processing Credit Card - 86802 Open Order

  • Dear PE Micro,

    I placed an order in past days for a Cyclone Automated Control Package: Enterprise Edition.

    I can not process my order because it asks me to update my credit card, Yesterday I updated the data and it shows me the same message.
    I hope you can help me with this problem as it is urgent to acquire the software

      We see a strange glitch in the credit card log after trying to charge your card. I'm working with our website admin to see if we can figure out whats the cause. I'll get back to you in a few minutes and see what we've come up with.

        You can help me identify the content of the product since I have to pay customs duties

    Sorry for the late reply. Our I.T. team did not notify me that the credit card issue was resolved.

    I can send you the electronic invoice to your email. Do you want it sent to compras.pounce@pouncecorp.com or another email?
