Our hard drive failed in a machine that had this software, can I install it on a new machine now?
Greetings,Do you have the software installers? If so, then you should try installing the new software on a new machine. If you do not have the software installer, you will have to create a ticket in Support page -> Support requests and indicate any license information or order/invoice information.
