  • Hallo,

I am trying to programm the Freescale MC9S12P64 µC with the PE micro USB Multilink Interface and PROG12Z Programming Tool. Every time i try to start flashing the S19-File the Message "All S record addresses are not in range or module" occures. I am using the "Freescale_9S12P64_1x16x32k_64k_Linear_Pflash.12P" flash algorithm.

Anybody an idea what the problem is?

What is the difference between"Freescale_9S12P64_1x16x32k_64k_Linear_Pflash.12P" and "Freescale_9S12P64_1x16x2k_4k_Dflash.12P"?

    Thank you in advance!

    Yours,
    Jolip

    Jolip,

Chapter 13 of the MC9S12P128 reference manual describes the two different types of flash on the 9S12P64 in detail.

I suspect that you are trying to program your application into the P-flash so you should use the algorithm "Freescale_9S12P64_1x16x32k_64k_Linear_Pflash.12P".

The error message that you got probably means you need to convert your object file from logical addresses to physical addresses which is what our software understands.
