Question
Why do I get a bus error when I single step through a MOVEM.L command as soon as the register count goes above 7? Any solution?

Answer
Try using the GONEXT command instead of single stepping. A description of the GONEXT command is available in the help files that accompany the software. You may also view our help files online. The MOVEM instruction takes many CPU cycles to complete the instruction, as opposed to the single step command, which is forced to go into background debug mode after specific interval of time. The GONEXT command will not go into background debug mode unless the instruction completes its execution.
