Jan 8, 2010 at 7:34 AM Hi,
We are using PowerPC Nexus Tools Now for MPC56xx Driver development. We have started debugging with P&E Tools but it's quite difficult to debug it through the software provided along with freescale codewarrior. Do you have any standalone tool or updgrated tool that can be used for debugging.
Thank you very much for your support in advance,
Best Regards,
Hemal Bavishi
Jan 8, 2010 at 11:14 AM Hello Hemal,
P&E offer several tools for debugging the MPC56xx. They are the Cyclone Max, USB-ML-PPCNEXUS, and CablePPC. They are all supported by Codewarrior and P&E ICDPPCNEXUS software. You'll see the best debugging performance with the Cyclone Max via Ethernet. Which tool are you using now and what difficulties are you encountering? You can reach me at johnny@pemicro.com
Best Regards,
Johnny
